Account Deletion Policy

At Miles of Smiles Foundation, we value your privacy and give you control over your account. If you wish to delete your account and associated data, please follow the steps below.

How to Delete Your Account

You can request to delete your account by following these steps:

  1. Log in to Your Account

    • Visit the mosapp on your phone

    • Sign in with your registered credentials.

  2. Navigate to Account Settings

    • Go to the Profile section.

    • Select “Delete Account” or “Request Account Deletion”.

  3. Confirm Deletion Request

    • Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm your request.

    • You may be asked to enter your password or verify your identity for security reasons.

  4. Processing Your Request

    • Once confirmed, we will process your request within 14 days.

    • You will receive a confirmation email when your account has been deleted.

What Happens After Account Deletion?

  • All your personal data, including saved preferences and history, will be permanently deleted.

  • This action cannot be undone.

  • Any subscriptions or services linked to your account will be canceled.

  • We may retain certain information as required by law (e.g., tax records, fraud prevention).
